CHANGE OF VENUE FOR OUR FORTHCOMING AUTISM MOVEMENT THERAPY^® STAGE 1 CERTIFIED TRAINING WORKSHOP

It is with deep regret that due to circumstances beyond our control., we have been forced to change the scheduled venue for our forthcoming AMT Stage 1 Certified Intensive Training Weekend Workshop. 

The training will now take place at The Studio Chislehurst, 95-97 High Street, Chislehurst. BR7 5AG. 

We have hosted previous training at this venue and are confident that it meets our requirements to ensure that our delegates will receive the high standards we are known for providing during this weekend.  It is not a decision we have taken lightly as we are aware that this will impact on the travel and accommodation arrangements some of our attendees already have in place, especially those from overseas, but it was a decision that had to be made when our original venue was not able to provide the promised facilities that we require.

The Studio Chislehurst

MovementWorks® is the Global Lead for Autism Movement Therapy® (AMT) and we regularly host Stage 1 Certified Training Workshops,  The initial 10 hour minimum training takes place over two days, normally a weekend. Due to the practical and interactive components, it can only be taken in person. Informed by scientific and academic research, the workshop style training is open to all i.e. parent/carers, educators, professionals from other disciplines, dance and movement practitioners from all backgrounds, in fact anyone who has an interest in autism and wants to learn more about how best to support autistic individuals through a dance movement approach.
